Machine Co., Ltd (Wuxi Hongda Hoisting Motor Plant) is one of special
plant to earlier engage in producing hoist and motor used for metallurgy
in domestic market, which is the member of Hoist Association of China
and Professional Associations of Motor Industry of Shanghai, and is the
enterprise which pay more attention to contract and keep faith.
We specially produce YZR、YZ、YZRE、YZE、YZRW、YZB(F)、JZR2 series hoisting
motor and electrical motor of metallurgy, YG series electric machine for
roller, ZDY series taper rotor electric motor, YZU series vibration
source electric motor, YTS dewatering series electric motor, and Y
series three-phase asynchronous motor and KZ、F1、F2、D1、D2 direct current
motors. The annual production can reach 380,000 kilowatt. In recent
years, we develop and manufacture TZX200L three-phase permasyn motor and
DLMZ-25 model electromagnetic junction box which are appreciated by the
market. In especial, the design of YZB(F) hoisting frequency conversion
motor adopts cold-rolled silicon steel pieces, outlet box is equipped on
the top of electric motor and is also installed encoder, overspeed
switch, strong cold fan which have a leading position in the field.
Our enterprise occupies 38,000 square meters floor area and 29,800
square meters building area. Those products had the honor to win
qualified certificate of supervision issued by Jiangsu Province Quality
and Technology Bureau of Supervision in 1999 and 2001. In June 2004, we
achieved test qualified certificate of YZRll2-400 hoisting and
metallurgy wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor issued by State
Quality and Technology Bureau of Supervision of Hoisting & Metallurgy
motor. The company passed ISO9001:2000 Quality System Attestation. We
insist in manufacturing first-class produces for quality and advocating
